so much has been said about cream of (?) soup.so, i will try to send recipes for homemade food products. i will give credit to the site where i found the recipe.if you can help (me) us to eat healithier i would love your input...no drama, please. if it doesn't suit you, that is fine...just trying to help Use in casseroles and recipes just as you would a cream condensed soup!   • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    low sodium chicken broth/better yet, homemade broth
  • 1/2 c
    low fat milk

    1. Melt the butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Whisk in the flour to create a roux.
