- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt (0%)
- 1 - green onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salted herbs
How To Make cold cucumber soup

Step 1Add all of the ingredients to food processor & blend until smooth.

Step 2Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Very important, because the refrigeration will change the flavor & consistency of the soup.

Step 3Serve chilled, garnish with cucumber slices and fresh dill.
