1/2 cwater

1 cplain greek yogurt (0%)

1green onion, diced

1 tspdijon mustard

2 Tbspfresh parsley

1 tspsalted herbs
How To Make cold cucumber soup

1Add all of the ingredients to food processor & blend until smooth.

2Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Very important, because the refrigeration will change the flavor & consistency of the soup.

3Serve chilled, garnish with cucumber slices and fresh dill.
