    dill pickle slices

How to Make Cin's "Chilled Strawberry Soup Floating Pickle"

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut Strawberries into pieces.
Using your blender, puree the strawberries, with the strawberry juice.
Fold in the yogurt and cool whip.
Then add splenda and lemon juice.
    Mix well.
Refrigerate until well chilled or until ready to serve.
  2. When ready to serve, dish it up in 2 soup bowls and float a dill pickle slice in the middle of your soup.
Serve with vanilla and chocolate animal crackers.

OPTION: Drop a spoonful of cool whip in the middle and lay the pickle slice on top....enjoy!!!
  3. I know I know it's not a sammie..but I used the 2-ingredients.

Just use it as a spread on 2-pieces of toast and call it a sammie...=;D
