Ingredients
- 1 - onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 5 medium potatoes chopped
- 1 small leek chopped
- 1 large celery chopped
- 2 1/2 liters hot water
- 1 can chicken bouillon
- 2 medium tomatoes fresh chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash white pepper
How To Make celery soup

Step 1Put 2 Tablespoons of canola oil in a large pot ,and add the chopped onions. stir until they become golden in color.

Step 2Add the chopped potatoes,celery,leek and let cook for about 10 mn .

Step 3Add the hot water, the chicken bouillon,salt and pepper.

Step 4Add fresh tomatoes chopped without their skin.

Step 5When the soup starts boiling, keep on cooking for about 30 to 45 mn until celery become tender.

Step 6When soup cools a little bit, transfer to a blender.

Step 7Add more salt if needed.
