Ingredients
- 1 - cabbage, coarsely chopped
- 4 large carrots, sliced
- 3 - potatoes, cubed
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 5 - cloves garlic
- 4 cups white wine or vegetable broth
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper or lemon pepper
- - salt to taste
- 12 ounces carrot juice
- 2 large cans tomatoes with juice
How To Make lentil cabbage stew

Step 1Put all in large pot, cover and bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, until all is tender. Add precooked lentils, and veggies of choice.

Step 2Optional: add mushrooms, zucchini or whatever you like.
