Ingredients For cabbage soup

  • 1-2 lb
    lean ground beef cooked (optional)
  • 1 md
    head cabbage chopped
  • 1 lg
    can v-8 juice
  • 1 can
    stewed tomatoes
  • 2 can
    rotel
  • 2 can
    red beans (pinto or white beans)
  • 2 pkg
    dry italian salad dressing mix

How To Make cabbage soup

  • 1
    DRAIN GROUND BEEF. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN POT AND SIMMER 1 HOUR. THE SOUP FREEZES WELL AND IS BETTER THE SECOND DAY.
