I LOVE THIS SOUP, VERY FILLING.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 pound lean ground beef cooked (optional)
  • 1 medium head cabbage chopped
  • 1 large can v-8 juice
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 cans rotel
  • 2 cans red beans (pinto or white beans)
  • 2 packages dry italian salad dressing mix

How To Make cabbage soup

  • Step 1
    DRAIN GROUND BEEF. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN POT AND SIMMER 1 HOUR. THE SOUP FREEZES WELL AND IS BETTER THE SECOND DAY.
