I make this soup every time I have to have dental work done. Its fulling & easy to eat/drink. I also make this when am sick.

miso
4 c
water

nori sheet "dried seaweed"
3 oz
low fat tufu, frim & cubed

How to Make Basicly Simple Miso Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1Frist pour the water into a 2 quart pot. Then stir in the miso until it's no longer in chunks. Then bring to a simmer.
  • 2Next tear the nori into pieces about 1.5 by 1.5 but don't be concerned if they're bigger or smaller than that. Add to the pot & then dice the tofu into cubes until you like the size of the pieces. Add to the pot.
