Ingredients
- 2 cans (32 oz.) chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 6 ounces sliced mushrooms
- a small handful of snow peas, strings removed
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 6 - green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 large carrot julienned
- 1 bag (8-12 oz.) cooked salad shrimp
How To Make asian style shrimp soup

Step 1Bring broth to a simmer in pot. Stir in sherry and soy sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.

Step 2Add julienned carrots, lemon juice, shrimp, mushrooms and continue to cook and simmer 5 minutes longer or until shrimp is thawed and warmed.
