- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 - garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin or basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup milk, or soy milk to make vegan
