Ingredients For almost instant cream of chickpea and tomato soup

  • 1 can
    chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can
    diced tomatoes
  • 2
    garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp
    cumin or basil
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    milk, or soy milk to make vegan

    Process all ingredients in food processor and pour into sauce pan and heat.
