Almost Instant Cream of Chickpea and Tomato Soup

This is just darned good food. I first read it in Vegan on the Cheap.

chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes
garlic cloves
1/2 tsp
cumin or basil
2 Tbsp
olive oil
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 c
milk, or soy milk to make vegan


1Process all ingredients in food processor and pour into sauce pan and heat.
