Ingredients

1/2 cupchopped onions, may try chives

1/2 cupchopped green peppers

1 tsbmelted butter
-
2 cupshalf and half
-
8 oz pkgsoftened cream cheese

1 pintfresh standard oysters, drained

2 cupschicken broth
-
1/2 tspsalt, 1/4 tsp white pepper
How to Make Oyster Soup
- Saute onions and peppers in butter till tender. Add milk and cream cheese, cook over low heat, stirring till smooth. Add next 4 ingredients, simmer 5-8 minutes, or till edges of oysters curl. Garnish with celery leaves or parsley.
