Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 6 - medium-sized carrots (peeled and chopped)
- 1 - medium sweet potato (peeled and chopped)
- 1 - large sweet onion (chopped)
- 1 - piece of fresh ginger (about an inch long, finely minced)

How To Make sweet potato and carrot soup (crockpot)

Step 1Put all ingredients into crockpot and cook on low until the vegetables are tender, between 9 and 11 hours. Pour into blender and puree until smooth.
