Ingredients

4 slice
bacon-chopped
3 c
cubed peeled potatoes
1 can(s)
13 1/2 oz chicken broth
1 pkg
10 oz frozen corn..thawed & drained
1/2 c
each chopped onion & chopped celery
2 Tbsp
flour
1/2 c
miracle whip
2 c
milk

Step-By-Step

1Cook bacon in a large fry pan until crisp;drain.Return to pan.
Stir in potatoes,broth,corn,onion,&celery.
Bring to a boil.Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low & simmer 15 min.,or until potatoes are tender.
2Mix flour & dressing. Stir in milk.
Add to potato mixture.
Continue cooking 3-5 minutes or until
thoroughly heated.
3Sprinkle with additional bacon & parsley if desired.
