Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon-chopped
  • 3 cups cubed peeled potatoes
  • 1 can 13 1/2 oz chicken broth
  • 1 package 10 oz frozen corn..thawed & drained
  • 1/2 cup each chopped onion & chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup miracle whip
  • 2 cups milk

How To Make sassy potato corn chowder

  • Step 1
    Cook bacon in a large fry pan until crisp;drain.Return to pan. Stir in potatoes,broth,corn,onion,&celery. Bring to a boil.Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low & simmer 15 min.,or until potatoes are tender.
  • Step 2
    Mix flour & dressing. Stir in milk. Add to potato mixture. Continue cooking 3-5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle with additional bacon & parsley if desired.
