Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon-chopped
- 3 cups cubed peeled potatoes
- 1 can 13 1/2 oz chicken broth
- 1 package 10 oz frozen corn..thawed & drained
- 1/2 cup each chopped onion & chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
- 2 cups milk
How To Make sassy potato corn chowder

Step 1Cook bacon in a large fry pan until crisp;drain.Return to pan. Stir in potatoes,broth,corn,onion,&celery. Bring to a boil.Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low & simmer 15 min.,or until potatoes are tender.

Step 2Mix flour & dressing. Stir in milk. Add to potato mixture. Continue cooking 3-5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Step 3Sprinkle with additional bacon & parsley if desired.
