Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and drained
- 6 - potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup onion, grated
- 2/3 cup carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 - head of cabbage, chopped
- 4 cups water
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons flour
How To Make potato soup

Step 1Combine bacon, potatoes, onion, carrots, celery, cabbage, water, salt & pepper in soup pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine beaten egg and flour. Gradually stir into milk. Gradually add to soup pot.

Step 3After milk has been added, simmer but DO NOT BOIL.
