I love creating new and interesting things to eat. I learn so much from the students I sometimes teach, who ask for this and that. Sometimes my stuff isn't the way I want it but it's still edible so that is what I do!!

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes unpeeled, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 3 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons butter, cold
- 1/3 cup flour
- 4 cups cheese, shredded
- 29 ounces chicken or veggie broth
How To Make potato broccoli bacon cheddar "stewp"

Step 1Add your spuds, onions and broth to your crock pot and cook on high for 2 hours.

Step 2At the 2 hour mark, add your milk and cook another hour.

Step 3Make a rue in a small saucepan and add to the soup, mixing well. Add your broccoli and lower heat and cook another hour.

Step 4Nuke some turkey or pork bacon, about 6 slices, and break up. Add to the soup and cook another 30 minutes.

Step 5Add the cheese and cook another 30 minutes. Serve with a bread or biscuit and a salad for a very hearty fall dinner.
