Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bacon chopped
- 3 celery stalks chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- 8- 10 potatoes peeled and chopped
- I 1/2 cup canned or frozen corn
- 8 cups chicken broth or substitute chicken bouillon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbs basil
- 1 Tbs oregano
- 1 Tbs cilantro
- 1 Tsp chili season
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
How To Make loaded potatoes soup

Step 1In large cooking pot add chopped bacon ,celery and onions cook till bacon is tender not crispy .

Step 2Add chopped potatoes to cooking pot cook for about 5 minutes stirring with bacon grease.

Step 3Add corn and 8 cups of chicken broth . Simmer for now .

Step 4In another pot melt butter add heavy cream , flour and all spices whisk on medium heat till it turn into paste . Add paste to soup stirring it in turn up heat till it boils and soup is thick . Simmer for 5 minutes it’s ready .
