  • 3 tablespoons bacon fat
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cups cream
  • 1 package idah instant loaded potato flakes
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 pinch curry powder
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 package mild chedder

How To Make loaded potato soup

  • Step 1
    `IN DUTCH OVER ADD BACON FAT AND THE ONIONS COOK FOR 10 MIN.
  • Step 2
    PEEL AND CUT THE POTATO'S, ADD THEM TO THE POT AND ADD CHICKEN BROTH AND BRING TO A BOIL FOR 10 MIN, LOWER HEAT AN ADD CREAM AND 1/2 THE CHEESE ADD ALL SPICES.COOK UNTIL POTATO'S ARE FORK-TENDER ADD 2 SLC OF BACON MAKE SURE YOU CHOP IT UP.
  • Step 3
    ADD THE POTATO FLAKES A LITTLE AT A TIME UNTIL THE SOUP THICKENED.
  • Step 4
    SERVE AND TOP WITH CHEESE AND BACON.
