Ingredients
- 12 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons veg oil
- 2 1/2 pounds fresh tomatos peeled & diced
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups sliced onions
How To Make fresh tomato soup

Step 1Heat 8 Tbls Butter & all Oil, add onions and sauté until golden. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, basil & simmer 10 mins. Mix flour & 5 Tbls chicken broth in bowl or jar, stir into tomato mixture. Add rest of chicken broth & simmer 30 mins. Stir occasionally, pour in Blender & blend until smooth, return to pot & add sugar & cream, simmer 5 mins more, add rest of butter and enjoy till you are stuffed!!!!
