Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 14 ounces chicken broth, 1 can
- 2 cups milk
- 16 ounces round brie cheese, rind removed
- - crumbled cooked bacon, optional
- - chopped chives, for garnish
How To Make cream of brie soup (tnt)

Step 1Sauté onion and celery in butter in pan until tender. Stir in flour.

Step 2Cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in broth and milk.

Step 3Cook for 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheese and cook until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.

Step 4Process soup in blender and return to pan. Stir in bacon.

Step 5Ladle into serving bowls and sprinkle with chives. Serves 4.
