How to Make Cheryl's Cream of Broccoli Soup
- Cook the broccoli in the chicken broth. Keeping the broth, drain broccoli into a blender and put some of the broth in the blender and blend. After blended, add butter. Take the cream and flour and make a paste to thicken the rest of the broth. Pour the blended broccoli into the paste a little at a time. And add salt and pepper and a dash of nutmeg. This can be frozen if you have leftovers.
