This is so easy and I almost always have the ingredients in the freezer and pantry. A great dish for a busy cold winter meal.

I serve with garlic cheesy bread.

condensed cheese soup, undiluted
16 oz
frozen broccoli, thawed
2 c
o'brien hashbrown potatoes, thawed
1 c
2 c
half & half
5 slice
processed american cheese
1 1/2 tsp
johnny's seasoning salt
1/4 tsp
ground red pepper, (optional)
salt and pepper, to tase

How to Make Beer,Broccoli & Cheese Soup


  • 1In a large saucepan, combine everything but the half & half, beer and cheese slices. Bring to a boil. reduce heat add beer, half & half and cheese slices. simmer until cheese melts and soup is warm. DO NOT BOIL.
