This soup is so easy to throw together.I use the exprss potatoes.. Easy... We have a sandwich with our soup. Soo yummo.. Taste even better next day and the I made this up because I wanted a large amount. You can sprinkle some bacon bits on top for added touch. I like using the creamed corn. You get smaller corn in stead the big chunks.. plus help it be more creamy..

pak. simply potatos with onion as seen in picture below

32.oz. chicken broth
1 can(s)
campells cream potato soup
1 can(s)
15 oz. creamed corn
chicken bouillon cubes
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp
1 c
half and half
2 c
cheese, shredded

How to Make Brenda's Creamy Crockpot Potatoe & Corn Soup


  • 1In crockpot Add first five things . I was using a 6 quart crockpot.
  • 2Stir all things together as seen in picture.
  • 3Cook on low for about six hours. Then on seventh hour put on High. Mix flour and half and half... Then slowly add to soup... Stir,, dont worry if few lumps... they will cook down.. Stir few times threw last hour... Then add cheese and let it melt and stir..... pooof... sooo yummy and creamy..
  • 4OH yes.. dont froget the if you choose..
