Ingredients

  • 1 package [24 oz] low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 packages [8 oz] no fat cream cheese,cubed[so it melts faster]
  • 1 cup grated provalone cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups grated swiss cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese,fresh grated
  • 1 quart skim milk

How To Make 5 cheese soup

  • Step 1
    take cottage cheese and put in food processor proccese til light and cramy and smooth
  • Step 2
    transfer cottage cheese to soup pot add all grated cheeses and the milk cook over very low heat til all cheeses melted
  • Step 3
    this is very good served with garlic bread or toast and a fresh fruit salad
