- 2 packages [8 oz] no fat cream cheese,cubed[so it melts faster]
- 1 cup grated provalone cheese
- 1 1/2 cups grated swiss cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese,fresh grated
- 1 quart skim milk

Step 1take cottage cheese and put in food processor proccese til light and cramy and smooth

Step 2transfer cottage cheese to soup pot add all grated cheeses and the milk cook over very low heat til all cheeses melted

Step 3this is very good served with garlic bread or toast and a fresh fruit salad
