A delicious chowder. I make it for all kinds of functions. Everyone loves this soup. I eat a bowl and not be hungry again for 5 hours. A must try reciepe!!

Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, sliced very thin
- 2 cups potatoes, cubed
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups green beans, frozen
- 1/4 pound pepperoni, either the mini ones or the reg ones cut onto quarters
- 3 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon dried dill
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
How To Make sausage chowder

Step 1Cook sausage with onion until lightly browned. Add garlic and cook for another minute. Drain off fat. Stir in chicken broth, carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, beans and spices. Bring to a boil and simmer until vegetables are almost cooked. About 20 minutes. Add pepperoni and cook for at least 10 more minutes. Stir in heavy cream. Serve hot and Enjoy!!!!
