Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 cans low fat evaportated milk
- 1 medium red or green bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- - course black pepper to taste
- 1 large baked potato
How To Make melba's german corn chowder

Step 1corsley chop red or green bell pepper along with onion

Step 2in a skillet add olive oil and bell peppers simmer for a few minutes do not burn add onions saute all together until onions are translucent

Step 31 large potato cook in microwave just like a baked potato cut in half cool to handle peel cut into small cubes don't over cook

Step 4In a dutch oven mix all ingredients cream corn,evporated milk, bell pepper,onion and potato let simmer for 2 hours
