course black pepper to taste

How to Make Melba's German Corn Chowder


  • 1corsley chop red or green bell pepper
    along with onion
  • 2in a skillet add olive oil and bell peppers
    simmer for a few minutes do not burn add onions saute all together until onions are translucent
  • 31 large potato cook in microwave just like a baked potato cut in half cool to handle peel cut into small cubes don't over cook
  • 4In a dutch oven mix all ingredients cream corn,evporated milk, bell pepper,onion and
    potato let simmer for 2 hours
