    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can(s)
    (15 oz) sliced white potatoes
  • 1 can(s)
    (10 oz) baby clams, with juice
  • pinch
    red pepper flakes, optional

How to Make Easy Manhattan Clam Chowder


  1. Add first 7 ingredients to soup pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover; simmer 10 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer another 10 minutes.
  3. Serve.
