Ingredients
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups corn
- 1 1/2 cups pototoes cubed
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup half & half
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
How To Make corn chowder

Step 1Saute onion and celery in butter; stir in corn, potatoes,water, salt, pepper,and thyme. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 2Add milk and half & half, cook another 5-10 minutes stirring constantly.

Step 3Can top with bacon bits and cheese.
