Ingredients For cheese corn chowder

2 cdiced potatoes

1/2 csliced carrots

1/2 csliced celery
-
1/4 cchopped onion

1 1/2 tspsalt
-
110 oz. stick cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 tsppepper
-
2 cboiling water
-
1/4 cbutter
-
1/4 cflour
-
2 cmilk
-
1 can(15 oz.) cream style corn
How To Make cheese corn chowder

1In soup kettle, combine potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, salt and pepper; add boiling water. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. DO NOT DRAIN. In separate pan, make a cream sauce with butter, flour, and milk. Add cheese, stir until melted. Add to corn and undrained vegetables in soup kettle. HEAT--DO NOT BOIL!
