Ingredients
- 1 - medium onion, yellow or white - chopped
- 12 oz. packages fresh broccoli - chopped
- 3/4 stick butter
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
- 1 pound cheese loaf, (velveeta) cubed
- 1 cup buttermilk
How To Make broccoli and cheese soup

Step 1Sauté broccoli and onions until onions become clear.

Step 2Add water and bullion. Boil on high for 10 minutes.

Step 3Add cheese. Stir often until cheese is completely melted.

Step 4Add buttermilk and heat until warm.

Step 5Serve with French bread.
