Found this in my dutch oven cook book. And of corse.I had to make some changes. Just to please myself.Just love the way it turned out.

Ingredients
- 4 cups diced potatos
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 3/4 cup diced onions
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and pepper
- 1/4 pound smoked bacon
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 cup flour
- 4 cups milk
- 3 cups shredded chedder cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cans corn.
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
How To Make bob's cheese chowder...

Step 1I used a 4 qt cast iron dutch oven for this.cut bacon into 1/2 inch peices.Fry bacon in dutch oven for 4-5 min..Add potatoes,carrots,cellery,onions,a 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms,salt,pepper,and vegetable stock or broth.cover and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 2In a bowl mix milk and flour until smooth...Add to vegetables and butter..Cook stirring until thickend..Now add cheese and stir until melted..Add corn and simmer for 20 to 25 minute.. serve with texas toast...
