wholly chipotle turkey chili
(1 RATING)
This is not a hot chili, just very tasty. Flavor is even better the next day. You can vary the cinnamon and cayenne up or down, lower fat with broth and cheese if desired. This is wonderful using my Hatch NM green chiles that I strip and freeze every year. The Wholly Chipotle seasoning and the steak rub that I use as pepper are from Miners Mix.com.
