Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean hamburger meat
- 1 can light red kidney beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 can white corn (whole kernel)
- 1 jar mild salsa (26 oz)
- 1 - bag of sharp shredded cheese
- 1 - bag of tortilla chips
How To Make white corn chili

Step 1Boil the hamburger meat in a pot of water. When brown then drain and put meat back in pot.

Step 2(do not drain the cans) Add the kidney beans, tomatoes, white corn and salsa. Mix them all together and bring to a boil, then turn heat down and simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 3Serve chili with shredded cheese sprinkled on top and tortilla chips on the side.
