Ingredients For white corn chili

  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 can
    (15 1/2 oz) whole-kernel white corn, drained (or use the equivalent amount of frozen corn)
  • 1 can
    (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
  • 2 c
    salsa
  • 1 can
    kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • jalapeno cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make white corn chili

  • 1
    Brown ground beef (or turkey) in a large pot for 5 minutes on medium-high or until it's no longer pink; drain.

    Add corn, tomatoes, salsa and kidney beans. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes or until hot.

    Garnish with shredded jalapeno cheddar cheese.
