Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 can diced jalapeno peppers (4 oz.)
- 1 can chopped green chile pepper (4 oz.)
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 2 cans chicken broth (14.5 oz. each)
- 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 3 cans great northern beans (15 oz. each), drained and rinsed
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
How To Make white chicken chili

Step 1Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Slowly cook and stir onion until tender. Mix in garlic, jalapeno, green chile peppers, cumin, oregano and cayenne. Continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes. Add chicken broth, chicken and great northern beans. Simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Slowly stir in cheese until melted. Serve warm.
