1Heat a large, heavy pot over medium. Add turkey, bell pepper, onion, garlic, chili powder, basil and a bit of red pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until the veggies begin to get tender and meat is done.
2Add the black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and mashed pumpkin. Stir well to combine.
3Simmer over low at least 20 minutes, or up to a couple hours as you feel like to combine the flavors.
