This is a favorite of mine. I like to serve this with tortilla chips, & sour cream.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


Add to Grocery List

1 lb
ground beef
1 small
salt and pepper (to taste)
1 small can(s)
rotel green chilis
1 can(s)
tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid
1 can(s)
water (more if to thick)
1 pkg
buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix
1 can(s)
pinto beans
1 can(s)
light red beans
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
1 Tbsp
chili powder
1/4 Tbsp

How to Make Taco Chili


  • 1In medium sauce pan brown ground beef, and onion. add salt & pepper to taste. (drain off grease)
  • 2In large stock pot add ground beef, and all other ingredients. mix well
  • 3Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, cover and cook for 1 hour.(can put in slow cooker on low all day.)
  • 4Serve with chips, sour cream.
