Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion
- - salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 small can rotel green chilis
- 1 can tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid
- 1 can water (more if to thick)
- 1 package buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can light red beans
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 tablespoon cumin
How To Make taco chili

Step 1In medium sauce pan brown ground beef, and onion. add salt & pepper to taste. (drain off grease)

Step 2In large stock pot add ground beef, and all other ingredients. mix well

Step 3Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, cover and cook for 1 hour.(can put in slow cooker on low all day.)

Step 4Serve with chips, sour cream.
