super lean ground beef
1 medium
2 clove
1 bunch
fresh cilantro
3 can(s)
corn (drained)
2 can(s)
black beans (washed and drained)
2 can(s)
light red kidney beans (washed and drained)
1 16oz can(s)
beef stock
4 c
1-2 pkg
taco seasoning mix
1 pkg
sour cream

How to Make Southwestern soup


  • 1In a large boiler cook ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic until onions are see through.
  • 2While that is cooking wash and drain beans and corn. Also chop half the fresh cilantro and open remaining cans.
  • 3Bring to a rolling boil and drop down to a simmer for an hour.
  • 4Put in a bowl with a do-lip of sour cream and some chopped cilantro. serve with tortilla chips
