Ingredients
- 1 pound super lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 3 cans corn (drained)
- 2 cans black beans (washed and drained)
- 2 cans light red kidney beans (washed and drained)
- 1 16oz cans beef stock
- 4 cups water
- 1-2 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 package sour cream
How To Make southwestern soup

Step 1In a large boiler cook ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic until onions are see through.

Step 2While that is cooking wash and drain beans and corn. Also chop half the fresh cilantro and open remaining cans.

Step 3Bring to a rolling boil and drop down to a simmer for an hour.

Step 4Put in a bowl with a do-lip of sour cream and some chopped cilantro. serve with tortilla chips
