Quick & healthy chili soup
I also use ground turkey for a healthier soup, but you CAN use ground beef if you like. Just know it changes the calorie and fat content.
- 1/2 lb
- ground turkey breast
- onion, chopped.
- 14-1/2 oz can diced tomatoes w/ chiles, undrained.
- 1-1/2 dash(es)
- 16 oz can kidney beans, undrained
- 8 oz can whole kernel corn, drained.
- 8 oz can tomato sauce.
- 1-1/2 tsp
- chili powder
How to Make Quick & healthy chili soup
- 1In lg soup pot, lightly sprayed w/ cooking spray, brown ground turkey and onion over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer 30 min, until hot and heated through fully. Great w/ homemade corn bread!
