Ingredients
- 1 LB - ground beef
- 1 can 14.5 tomato sauce
- 1 can 14.5 dark kidney beans
- 1 can 14.5 light kidney beans
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 can 4 oz. diced green chilies
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1 can 14.5 petite diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar or to your taste
- 1 cup water more depending on your desired thickness
How To Make kay's chili

Step 1brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off the fat. Using a fork crumble the beef into small pieces

Step 2in a large slow cooker combine the beef and the remaining ingredients. Bring to boil over high. Turn heat to low and simmer for 2 hours stirring every 10 to 15 minutes to prevent sticking.

Step 3Serve with crackers or corn bread and enjoy.
