Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    green pepper, chopped
  • 28 oz
    can tomatos
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 can(s)
    chili beans
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder

How to Make JO'S CHILI

Step-by-Step

  1. In large skillet brown meat, onion and green pepper until done. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, cayenne and paprika. Cover and simmer 2 hours. Stir in chili beans. Makes 4-6 servings.
