This is a super easy recipe. I make this when I'm trying to make something really cheap and healthy at the same time. It's really good!

Ingredients
- 1 - bag of brown lentils
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 - sweet onion
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- 5 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 - tsp chili powder
- 2 - beef bouillon cubes (optional)
- - salt and pepper to taste. i would wait and try it because i usually don't need to add any.
- 1 can veggie broth (optional) i only add this if i have it on hand. doesn't make much of a difference.
- 3 cups water or more as needed

Step 1Dice onion and then add rest of ingredients together.

Step 2Bring to a boil and then lower heat and simmer until lentils are tender, stirring every so often. Add water if needed.
