Double Quick Chili
1 lbground beef
1 conion, chopped
3/4 cgreen pepper, chopped
1-16oz. can(s)stewed tomatoes
1-8oz. can(s)tomato sauce
2-16oz can(s)kidney beans, drained
1 tspseasoned salt
2 tspchili powder
How to Make Double Quick Chili
- In a heavy skillet, cook meat, onions and green pepper until meat is lightly browned and vegetables are tender.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
When ready to serve you may want to add a sprinkle of shredded cheese and/or a dollup of sour cream.
