Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - onion
- 2 - garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
- 2 teaspoons allspice, ground
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 2/3 cups water
- 1/3 cup dried cranberry
- 1 can kidney beans, canned (15.5oz)
- 1 - instant bouillon (1 cube)
- 2/3 pound tomato
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make chili with fresh tomatoes

Step 1Mince onion and garlic cloves. Chop tomato.

Step 2In a frying pan, heat olive oil and cook garlic, onion and ground beef until tender and brown.

Step 3Add cinnamon powder, allspice and nutmeg. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4Add water, instant bouillon, kidney beans and dried cranberry. Bring to boil.

Step 5Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Then add chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and chili powder. Stir well. Keep simmering for 10-15 minutes.
