Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds course ground chuck
- 30 ounces canned chili style beans (in chili gravy)
- 2 - stalks celery - diced
- 1 medium white onion - diced
- 2 medium potatoes - peeled & diced
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 15 ounces canned corn
- 46 ounces v8 juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make chili stew

Step 1~ Brown ground chuck.

Step 2~ Add rest of ingredients.

Step 3~ Simmer to cook down for at least one hour.

Step 4~ Pass the shredded Cheddar, crackers, or crusty bread.
