course ground chuck
30 oz
canned chili style beans (in chili gravy)
stalks celery - diced
1 medium
white onion - diced
2 medium
potatoes - peeled & diced
2 clove
garlic - minced
15 oz
canned corn
46 oz
v8 juice
1/4 c
salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Chili Stew


  • 1~ Brown ground chuck.
  • 2~ Add rest of ingredients.
  • 3~ Simmer to cook down for at least one hour.
  • 4~ Pass the shredded Cheddar, crackers, or crusty bread.
