    course ground chuck
  • 30 oz
    canned chili style beans (in chili gravy)
  • 2
    stalks celery - diced
  • 1 medium
    white onion - diced
  • 2 medium
    potatoes - peeled & diced
  • 2 clove
    garlic - minced
  • 15 oz
    canned corn
  • 46 oz
    v8 juice
  • 1/4 c
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Chili Stew


  1. ~ Brown ground chuck.
  2. ~ Add rest of ingredients.
  3. ~ Simmer to cook down for at least one hour.
  4. ~ Pass the shredded Cheddar, crackers, or crusty bread.
