This started out as a soup made out as an experiment. However, everyone loved it and requested the recipe. Our family of 8 requires the recipe to be doubled.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can great northern beans
- 1 cup carrot, sliced
- 2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- - sour cream, optional
- 2 cups chicken broth
- - tortilla chips
How To Make chicken chili soup

Step 1Fry onion, carrots and garlic in large pot until onion is tender. Add cumin and flour. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Add broth, water, beans and salsa. Bring to boiling. Add chicken. Reduce to simmer, cover and cook until carrots are tender. Top with chips and sour cream.
