Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup chopped New Mexico chile or Anaheim green pepper
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt

  • Brown ground beef.
