busy day chili with beans
I like to make this when I have had a busy day. It works well in the crockpot too. Just cook the meat first.

Ingredients
- 1 pound hot sausage -cooked and drained
- 1 pound sweet italian or maple flavored sausage (or your choice) - cooked and drained
- 2 cans pinto beans
- 2 cans great northern beans
- 1 can corn - whole kernal - drained
- 1 can white hominy -drained
- 2 cans petit tomatoes with cilantro and lime (or your favorite type)
- 1 package chili mix - i use western family
- - you can add jalepenos or whatever you want to spice it up more
How To Make busy day chili with beans

Step 1Cook the sausage and drain well. Add all other ingredients, mix well and bring to a simmer. (After the meat is cooked I put all of the ingredients in the crockpot and bring the heat up. If you are in a hurry, just use the stove).

Step 2Serve with grated cheese, sour cream, tortilla chip or any other garnish you prefer.
