- 2/3 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 can (16oz) kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 can (15 1/2oz) great northern beans(rinsed and drained)
- 1 can (15oz) solid packed pumpkin
- 1 can (15oz) crushed tomatoes)
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz)reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups cubed cooked turkey breast

Step 1In a large saucepan,saute the first 3 ingredients in oil until vegetables are tender. Stir in the next 9 ingredients. Bring to a boil.Reduce heat;cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add turkey;heat through.
