Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 can (16oz) kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 can (15 1/2oz) great northern beans(rinsed and drained)
  • 1 can (15oz) solid packed pumpkin
  • 1 can (15oz) crushed tomatoes)
  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz)reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups cubed cooked turkey breast

How To Make anytime turkey chili

  • Step 1
    In a large saucepan,saute the first 3 ingredients in oil until vegetables are tender. Stir in the next 9 ingredients. Bring to a boil.Reduce heat;cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add turkey;heat through.
