I found this somewhere and I thought that I would post this really great healing soup.It is really good for those cold wintery and cold seasons and it is good for the soul....Enjoy

  • 2 large
    boneless chicken breasts with or without skin
  • 3 large
    carrots, chopped
  • 1 large
    red onions, chopped
  • 1 small
    cabbage head,cored and chopped
  • 2 qt
  • 3 Tbsp
    minced garlic from a jar
  • 4 tsp
    chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    each of dried basil,oregano, marjoram
  • 1 can(s)
    (14.5oz) diced italian tomatoes,drained
  • 3 stick
    or celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil or your choice

How to Make Ultimate Healing Soup


  1. In a large stockpot, heat olive oil on medium heat. Stir in onion, garlic, celery,carrots,cook until onion is transparent,about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in water, bouillon,salt,pepper,spices.Bring to a boil, then stir in cabbage. Simmer til cabbage wilts, about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir tomatoes and let simmer for another 40 minutes more stir occasionally.
