Ingredients
- 1 cup dried pinto beans, sorted & rinsed
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
- 14 ounces can of chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (i use dried & it works fine)
- 2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

Step 1Soak beans overnight; drain & rinse. Combine beans & all ingredients (except cilantro) in crock pot. Mix well; cover; cook on Low 10-12 hours. Stir in cilantro.
