Ingredients
- box or can - large can or box of chicken broth
- 2 cans black beans, rinsed
- 2 cans diced tomatoes with chilis
- 1 bag sweet white frozen corn
- 2or3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 large cooked and diced chicken(can buy already cooked from deli
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bunch cilantro, fresh and chopped
How To Make south western chicken tortilla soup

Step 1Can be cooked in a crock pot or on the stove top. Put all ingredients in a crockpot or large kettle except the sour cream and Cilantro.

Step 2As soon as soup getsvery hot add sour cream and stir in till well mixed.

Step 3A few minutes before serving add schopped Cilantro to the pot. Serve with Tortilla chips, cheese, and onions if desired.
