This is a very fast and favorite in our family. It can easily be doubled and nothing gets left behind.

Ingredients

box or can
large can or box of chicken broth
2 can(s)
black beans, rinsed
2 can(s)
diced tomatoes with chilis
1 bag(s)
sweet white frozen corn
2or3 clove
garlic
1/2 c
lime juice
2 Tbsp
chili powder
1 large
cooked and diced chicken(can buy already cooked from deli
1 c
water
1 c
sour cream
1 bunch
cilantro, fresh and chopped

Step-By-Step

1Can be cooked in a crock pot or on the stove top.
Put all ingredients in a crockpot or large kettle except the sour cream and Cilantro.
2As soon as soup getsvery hot add sour cream and stir in till well mixed.
3A few minutes before serving add schopped Cilantro to the pot.

Serve with Tortilla chips, cheese, and onions if desired.
